Return Policy

By placing an order on our web site www.provailen.com , you agree that the
products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner. All purchased products
from Provailen.com are non-returnable and non-refundable, please make sure
you are in agreement.

Once you click "I agree to terms and conditions" at the time of check out while
placing your order it is no longer refundable and cannot be returned without an
authorized RMA from the support department. Only special occasions are allowed
for returning or refunding of any order placed on the web site www.Provailen.com.

Support staff reserves the right to determine if a client may return a product for a refund. This is typically only allowed when support feels it is a fraudulent order or misrepresentation has occurred. Your changing of mind does not apply here, you must contact support by using the "Contact Us" form link on the site http://provailen.com/customer-support.html and filling in your request. Then an e-ticket will be provided to follow the status of the requested RMA

All returns must be authorized by support within the 30 days of ordering.  Refunds that are authorized by support contain (RMA) numbers issued and are subject to a $45 package inspection fee to cover hazmat protocol for human consumption items, $14 shipping fee if USPS shipping was used International orders will have a $45 deducted to cover cost of shipping and handling applied all orders returned will also be charged a 18% restocking fee. An RMA number is required for all returns without exception.

Packages received without an RMA issued will not be considered as returned; the fulfillment center can only inspect and log in packages containing RMA authorized numbers. Our shipping facility is a 3rd party fulfillment center, they have hundreds of clients. The only way to assure your return package is credited to your account is by following the correct return policies and using our return products RMA system.

Removal or alteration of a product's seal i.e. sticker from the bottle will automatically result in this container being considered as a consumed item and will void any possible refunds available under Provailen Return Policies. Products that are returned to Provailen with a missing (RMA), or having damaged or altered bottles, seals or labels will be refused by Provailen.com receiving department.

All products purchased at Provailen.com are backed by the product's manufacturer’s warranty first and foremost. Product that is determined to be defective by the manufacturer or Provailen.com will be qualified for repair/replacement at our sole discretion.

Opened or broken sealed bottles for human consumption will not be taken back for any reason. Provailen.com will assist the customers whenever possible in order to reach a level of satisfaction with the manufacturer’s policies
